About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.
  • The successful candidate will proactively establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices for the production of world-leading innovations.
  • This includes acting as the lead competent person for environment, health and safety, as defined by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, and Environmental Policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the group of companies complies with current legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance in relation to employment and service provision.
  • Manage the Environmental, Health and Safety team.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce risks and improve overall health and safety performance.

Requirements

  • A current, valid driving licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent qualification.

Salary Details

Competitive salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
