We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Apprentice to join our team at Ruby Energy. As an HR Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including updating HR databases and processing HR-related documentation.
- Assist with the on-boarding process of new employees, including issuing ID cards and providing references.
- Support the HR team in the collation of data for HR reports and management information.
- Take minutes and record meetings where appropriate.
- Assist with learning and development initiatives, including training and development programs.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
- Willingness to work towards CIPD Level 3.
- Previous experience in an office or telephone-based environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and other teams within the department.
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work on own initiative.
