Scheduler -(241131) Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance works to ensure trade operatives have the necessary information to complete their jobs.
- Ensure systems contain accurate, real-time information, including maintenance works required on customers' homes and highlighting where job volumes exceed available resources.
- Make appointments with customers and schedule emergency works.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role, working from home 3 days a week and 2 days from our office in Maryport. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance works, ensuring accurate information is available to trade operatives and customers.
What You'll Need
- Experience working in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance team using workforce planning systems.
- Knowledge of repairs and maintenance activities for trades, with experience in scheduling repairs and maintenance activities.
- Excellent customer service skills to manage changing priorities.
