Job Summary:

Ultimate Recruitment is seeking a skilled VNA Driver to join our team. As a VNA Driver, you will be responsible for safely unloading and loading goods using manual handling equipment, logging all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System, and accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Efficiency: Safely unload and load goods using appropriate manual handling equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Log all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch in line with customer requirements.
  • Stock Control: Complete stock checks on time, safely, and accurately to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Reporting and Maintenance: Report machinery faults and health and safety breaches following proper procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Accredited VNA License: Possess an accredited VNA license to operate the necessary equipment.
  • Time Management and Punctuality: Demonstrate excellent time management and punctuality skills to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights schedule. Pay rates will be competitive, with opportunities for overtime pay.
