Job Summary:

Ultimate Recruitment is seeking a skilled VNA Day Driver to join our client's team in Desborough. As a VNA Day Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely unload and load goods: Utilize manual handling equipment to safely handle and transport goods, adhering to company protocols and regulations.
  • Log all incoming and outgoing goods: Accurately record and update the Warehouse Management System with all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Pick and pack orders: Select and package orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Complete stock checks: Conduct thorough and accurate stock checks, identifying any discrepancies or issues, and reporting them to the relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily team targets, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Report machinery faults and health and safety breaches: Identify and report any machinery faults or health and safety breaches, following established procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Accredited VNA license: Possess a valid and accredited VNA license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent time management and punctuality: Demonstrate strong time management and punctuality skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and customers.
