Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable solutions across our Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce products and experience in designing solutions for complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain high- and low-level design documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create prototypes and define or refine requirements.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to Admins, Developers, and QAs.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Support management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers.
  • Take on the role of technical lead in transformation projects, designing and delivering solutions as required.
  • Champion and support the adoption and usage of relevant technologies and tools.
  • Develop and contribute to our devops solution, identifying issues and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
  • Experience designing solutions for complex business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Resilient, self-confident, influential, and assertive.
  • Customer focused and fully engaged with business teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Decision making and judgement.
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
