Employer Engagement Specialist

**About the Role**
Bradford College is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employer Engagement Officer to join our Apprenticeships and Business Development team. As an Employer Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, particularly employers, to maximize the college's employer-facing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate income through apprenticeship recruitment across various curriculum areas.
- Collaborate with Business Development Officers to provide a high-quality experience for employer partners.
- Source, vet, and pass on apprenticeship vacancies for Business Development Officers to fill with their candidate pool.
- Proactively generate new business leads, respond to inquiries, and manage relationships with existing employers.
- Represent the college at external meetings and events.
- Conduct employer training needs analysis, develop training plans, and produce proposals in partnership with curriculum colleagues.
- Work with the Projects Team to identify and write bids and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Present the college's apprenticeship offer at external events, including employer boards and external networks.
- Build relationships with stakeholders involved in the Skills Agenda, including the Local Authority and Chamber for Business.
- Assist the Head of Department in developing sales, marketing, and business development plans.
- Work closely with curriculum areas to ensure the development and delivery of training packages that meet employers' needs.
