Job Title: M&E Building Services Surveyor – Residential Major Works Refurbishment

We are seeking an experienced M&E Building Services Surveyor to join our team at Falmouth Fairfax. The successful candidate will work closely with our programme management team to deliver major refurbishment works across our residential estate portfolio in Central London.

About the Role:

The M&E Surveyor will be responsible for leading technical issues for internal and external refurbishment work, from front-end RIBA 0-2 assessments to setting up briefing and scope of works for capital programme/projects team and partnering contractors. This role is a client-side position overseeing M&E works across our high-profile Central London housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical issues for internal and external refurbishment work
  • Conduct front-end RIBA 0-2 assessments
  • Set up briefing and scope of works for capital programme/projects team and partnering contractors
  • Oversee M&E works across our high-profile Central London housing portfolio
Requirements:
  • Degree in building services engineering, M&E or equivalent, CIBSE qualified preferable
  • c.5 years' experience in M&E building services and condition surveying preferably within residential stock
  • Experience of Keystone or Orchard database would be advantageous but not essential
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
