Job Title: Band 6 Acute Dietitian

Location: North London

Contract Type: Full-time

Contract Length: 3 months, with potential for extension

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Acute Dietitian to join our team in North London. The successful candidate will work within the adult oncology acute team, covering both inpatients and outpatient clinics. The role requires oncology experience, ideally with experience working within head and neck. A minimum of 2 years' NHS experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the adult oncology acute team, covering both inpatients and outpatient clinics
  • Provide dietetic care to patients with oncology-related conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian with a valid HCPC registration
  • Minimum 2 years' NHS experience in oncology dietetics
  • Experience working within head and neck oncology is desirable
