About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sub Agents to join our Highways Structures Team on a major infrastructure project in Gloucester. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in managing and delivering key sections of the project, ensuring successful completion of highway structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage specific sections of the project, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring safe and effective site operations.
  • Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement detailed work plans, ensuring alignment with the overall project programme. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets specified standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing quality issues promptly.
  • Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture on site, ensuring the well-being of all personnel.

This is an Inside IR35 contract with an initial period of 6-12 months, with potential for extension based on project progress. Competitive rates will be offered, dependent on experience.
