The Role:


As a Site Engineer, you will be central to the successful delivery of the structural components of this major highways project.

Your expertise in structures will be crucial as you oversee the technical aspects, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, accurately, and in compliance with the design specifications.


Key Responsibilities:

Structural Management:
Oversee and manage the structural elements of the project, including bridges, retaining walls, and other related infrastructure.

Setting Out:
Perform precise setting out for all structural components, ensuring accuracy in alignment, levels, and dimensions.

Technical Support:
Provide expert technical guidance on structural issues, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

Implement rigorous quality control processes, ensuring that all structural works meet the project's high standards and relevant industry regulations.


Health & Safety:

Enforce strict compliance with Health & Safety policies, with particular attention to the unique risks associated with structural works on highways.


Documentation:

Requirements:

Relevant Qualifications:
HNC, degree level, or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on structural engineering.
