The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, strong design skills, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and HubSpot. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies across various channels, including Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Maximize property visibility and brand awareness to ensure high occupancy.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing and sales strategies with growth objectives.
- Create engaging digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO efforts, generate new campaign ideas, and track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Lead digital integration projects, such as CRM systems, to streamline marketing processes.
- Provide regular performance reports on marketing and sales activities and propose areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and sales trends and incorporate best practices into the marketing and sales strategy.
