We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Support Professional. This role is crucial in supporting our pharmacy operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Job:

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, maintaining accuracy and adhering to legal requirements.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring patients feel heard and valued.
  • Contribute to an efficient workflow by maintaining organized systems and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, including stocking and ensuring pharmaceutical integrity.
  • Utilize computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly pharmacy environment.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with pharmacy practices and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills, displaying empathy and patience.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and safety in pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
  • Computer literacy, comfortable learning and using various pharmacy software systems.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to problem-solve, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
