About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional to join our dynamic team at SearchTech as a Packing Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sourcing, packing, shipping, and distribution processes remain ethical and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sustainability, CSR, and ethical trade initiatives across our supply chain, building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry standards and regularly update and enforce our company's sustainability and ethical trade policies.
  • Manage and maintain databases with key information related to seafood sales and orders.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Director to drive CSR and sustainability initiatives forward.

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the Food & Drink, Fashion, FMCG, or similar sector.
  • A highly motivated, project-driven attitude with a 'can do' spirit.
  • Dynamic, determined, and passionate about ethical practices in the food industry.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • An interest in FMCGs and the food sector.
