About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to join our Early Intervention Service team as an Early Intervention Service Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Early Intervention Service team, including processing Chaperone licences and child performance/employment licences.
  • Process penalty notices linked to non-school attendance.
  • Undertake general administrative duties, including providing an effective and efficient administrative service, delivering an efficient front-line service for customers, and supporting the use of databases and information systems.
  • Receive, sort, and coordinate the distribution of mail, and assist with petty cash.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent administrative skills and experience of using a range of computer software packages to produce accurate and well-presented documents. You will be able to manage your own workload to meet deadlines and possess accurate literacy skills to ensure correct information is collated and processed.
