Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. As a key member of our Accounts department, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your role will involve:
  • Dealing with incoming supplier emails and telephone calls.
  • Matching approved purchase orders to supplier invoices.
  • Posting supplier invoices and credit notes to Sage.
  • Preparing and processing supplier payments.
  • Supplier account reconciliations.
  • Liaising with other departments and staff members.
  • Assisting in the implementation of our new digitised ordering system.

Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Proficiency in Purchase Ledger.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting and purchase ledger.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Competent in Office 365.
