  • Provide expert advice and guidance on AML matters to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Conduct thorough AML risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and compliance.
  • Regularly report to senior management on AML activities and performance to inform strategic decisions.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Extensive knowledge of AML regulations and best practices is required.
  • Proven experience in managing an AML team at a law firm is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to effectively manage the AML team.
