Job Description

As an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for rectifying production issues, collecting data to identify areas for improvement, and communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth product transition. You will also contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in electronics manufacturing and a relevant electrical or electronic qualification (minimum HNC).

Your key responsibilities will include:- Working to resolve any production issues and implementing corrective actions

- Collecting data to identify areas for improvement

- Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth product transition

- Contributing to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 + pension, cash plan healthcare, etc. Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-12:30pm on a Friday.
