Job Summary

SKF UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to join their team in Clevedon. As a key member of the Process Engineering & Development Manager, you will be responsible for challenging current and new manufacturing techniques to enhance and broaden our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Lead investments and projects from concept to reality
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor and report on savings and cost levels for new investments or improvement activities
  • Contribute to data-driven manufacturing through investments

Requirements

  • HND/Degree in an engineering discipline
  • Experience leading projects and/or work packages
  • A knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
