**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our Corporate Partnerships team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

You will also be responsible for managing our existing relationships with clients and candidates, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and business development within a dynamic and innovative organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Managing relationships with clients and candidates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Coordinating events and other activities to support our business development goals
  • Generating new content and ideas to engage with our wider community

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

A degree-level qualification and relevant work experience would be beneficial, but not essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
