Job Summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis tools
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and planners
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
    • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business strategy and planning
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Substantial experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global or international organization
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field
    • Professional certification in finance or accounting (e.g. CPA, CFA)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
