Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and analysis for strategic initiatives.
  3. Monitor key financial and operational metrics, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
  4. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide insightful analysis.
  6. Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential issues.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including in a SaaS environment.
  2. Professional certification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  4. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
