Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and growing our client base.
- Evaluate client staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Attract and promote top talent to our clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and after-service contact.
