Customer Experience Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Experience Executive to join our forward-thinking law firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact.

  • Conduct outbound calls to connect with clients and provide them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to our clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with clients and provide them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to our clients.
