About the job:

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting families to gather information and assess needs
  • Developing and implementing support plans to improve child well-being
  • Collaborating with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience in frontline and assessment work
  • Valid Social Work England registration
  • Access to a vehicle for travel purposes
