Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage client files for residential property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure fair distribution of workload and effective case management.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates to clients and manage billing processes.
  • Utilize case management systems and technology to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Manage post-exchange tasks, including property registrations, with attention to detail.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of client correspondence and legal documentation.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss caseload reviews and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Ability to independently manage a full caseload of residential files.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems and other legal technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
