IT Upgrade Project Opportunity

Concept is seeking experienced IT/EPOS engineers to assist with an IT Upgrade project in various locations. The successful engineers will work on a 6-week contract, starting with training on a specified date, with potential for more project work.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Upgrades to pre-staged time clocks in retail stores
  • Engineers will be required to remove the old clock and PSU, fit the new GT4 clock, and repatch
  • Resolve any issues that may arise
  • Complete sign-off and sign-out procedures
  • Collect staged devices prior to the project start and store clocks securely at home, returning them at the end of the project
Working Hours and Requirements
  • Monday to Friday, day work
  • 9 hours per day, door-to-door including travel
  • Expectation of 5 days' work per week per engineer
  • Travel will be a requirement of this role - engineers must have access to a large, reliable vehicle with appropriate business insurance and a valid MOT
  • Two sites per day
Required Skillset
  • Experienced field engineers with experience of script-based ATM/EPOS/IT project work
  • Basic fault-finding skills
