Food and Beverage Team Member

The Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us deliver top-notch food and beverage experiences to our guests. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring that all standards of presentation are met. You will serve as the face of the business, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and maintaining its brand reputation by delivering exceptional hospitality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring all standards of presentation are met
- Serve as the face of the business, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and maintaining its brand reputation
- Deliver exceptional hospitality service to guests
- Engage with guests, take their food and beverage orders, and use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that puts a smile on guests' faces

- Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in hotel or restaurant operations

- A willingness to learn and a desire to develop within the role
- An innate talent and self-assurance in your abilities, coupled with an exceptional attention to detail
