Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department, including the bar, restaurant, room service, and meeting and events.
  • Offer menu recommendations and provide information on beverage lists and promotions to guests.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to support the team and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
