This role offers the opportunity to work from home, providing extra support for the workforce and helping with effective and efficient caseload management, resulting in greater job satisfaction and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with children, their carers, and families to understand their circumstances, wishes, and feelings, and form conclusions that direct longer-term interventions focused on the best interests of the child.
- Be the first point of contact for the children, helping to create a safer environment, ensuring that the children grow up safe, and taking action when it is in the best interest of the child.
- Competitive pay rate - Up to £43 p/hr
