About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As our brand ambassador, you will be responsible for the store's overall commercial success, managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and providing a world-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs.
  • Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
  • Lead by example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a passionate team player with prior experience in driving sales and profitability in store. They will have the ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy and translate it into the delivery of store, regional, and division KPIs.

The candidate will also have experience in using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified. They will be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs and have a well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
