Our collaborative culture nurtures long-term relationships, and we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team of approximately 100 employees.
">**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and procedures. The successful candidate will have experience in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as planning and organising office social events.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily office operations and procedures
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate maintenance of office facilities
- Manage office budgets and contracts
- Plan and organise office social events
- Foster a positive and inclusive office culture
**Marketing Management:** Assist in the development and implementation of basic marketing strategies with external providers. Coordinate marketing campaigns and track their performance. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
**HR Administration:** Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews. Onboard and offboard employees, maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Manage employee benefits and keep finance updated as required.
**Salary:** £27-30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Benefits:** 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Location: Milton Keynes - based in head office, Working hours 8-5 with 1 hour for lunch, Immediate start
