Education Support Professional

Nene Education Trust is dedicated to providing excellent education and support to students. The Nene schools are welcoming and committed to student success. They are looking for passionate individuals to join their team as Classroom Assistants, located across Rushden & Raunds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher with lessons and activities.
- Support individual students and small groups.
- Help manage the classroom and prepare materials.
- Encourage and support students' social and emotional growth.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Classroom Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Teaching Assistant certificate) are a plus.

As part of our safer recruitment guidelines, all applicants would be subject to standard vetting checks, including the obtainment of:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
