Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our customers in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administering medication, as required
  • Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
