HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Liverpool. As a critical member of the divisional HR team, you will be responsible for providing robust employment advice and coaching to site management and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Adhere to all Company policies, management systems, and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality.
  2. Promote and display the business core values.
  3. Support and undertake recruitment activities in accordance with the Company's timescales.
  4. Undertake HR function projects or support business improvement programmes as required.
  5. Deploy the company's employee engagement, communications, and retention programmes and measures as required.
  6. Support the people managers and staff to ensure the company's performance management programmes are maintained.
  7. Work closely with the Security Manager and HR team to ensure all aspects of security management is implemented and maintained across the site.
  8. Ensure the Company HR Information System is up to date with all employee information.

Requirements:

  • Proven working within an HR department in a manufacturing sector.
  • Experience using an HR information system and managing payroll administration.
