Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Implement and maintain control measures to ensure food & beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget.
Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
Participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
Manage the daily operations of the food & beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of food & beverage service are provided to guests.
Plan, organize and direct the overall Food & Beverage operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet, and be responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
Ensure clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager and Operations Manager.
