About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC activities and oversee method development and validation at Torbay Pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that records demonstrate that all required testing procedures were carried out and documented at the time of performance.
  • Ensure that all samples, chemicals, reagents, test solutions, supplies, are labelled, received, stored and handled as per documented procedures to ensure that integrity of the sample is maintained.
  • Responsible for the sampling, testing and disposition of materials used in the manufacture and testing of pharmaceuticals.
  • Responsible for the training and development of the QC Team members.
  • Responsible for driving the development of robust quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Previous experience within a senior QC role, ideally within pharma or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, MHRA and FDA.
