We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Deputy Care Manager at Bright Life Living. As a Trainee Deputy Care Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in residential childcare, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care to children in our Birmingham Children's home.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare, with a Diploma or NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day care of children, including developing and implementing care plans, managing medication, and maintaining accurate records.

As a Trainee Deputy Care Manager, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including further qualifications and career progression. You will also be part of a supportive team that is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day care of children, including developing and implementing care plans
  • Manage medication and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the Care Team to deliver high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
