About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Water Engineering team in Belfast, Dublin, or Cork offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical outputs, collaborating with our water and other discipline teams, and supporting our clients in optimizing their electrical assets and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce feasibility studies, outline design, detailed design, and construction support for water utility projects.
  • Liaise and collaborate with our water and other discipline teams, including civil, electrical, process, and mechanical engineers nationwide.
  • Deliver high-quality technical outputs, contribute to bids, and interface with clients and collaborators in design and planning.
  • Support the preparation of project budgets and programs, and deliver to agreed budget, program, and quality.
  • Design electrical installations, typically including municipal water and wastewater pumping stations.
  • Conduct site visits for surveys and support liaisons with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent in electrical engineering.
  • Proven ability to produce, check, and approve engineering reports, designs, drawings, technical specifications, and calculations.
  • Extensive experience in water and wastewater projects across feasibility, outline design, detailed design, and construction support.
