Located in Cambridge, this 35 hour a week role offers a competitive salary of £35k plus bonus and benefits. As a Credit Controller with Italian language skills, you will support the accounts receivable function by collecting debt, monitoring credit, and resolving customer disputes.

To be successful in this position, you should have a solid background within Accounts Receivable, offering high levels of service internally and externally. Experience with SAP software is ideal, as is a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.

  1. Contacting overdue customer accounts to arrange payment
  2. Reviewing the credit status of customers and providing recommendations for credit block
  3. Posting and allocating cash receipts
  4. Distribution of customer statements and dunning letters
  5. Resolving account queries and disputes
  6. Providing support for audit requests
  7. Reviewing customer held orders
  8. Collaborating with customer service and sales functions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
