About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our dynamic team at Wayman Learning Trust in Cambridge, England. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and the chance to contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for KS1 students, promoting active participation and academic growth
  2. To assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to support their academic development
  3. To create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and supports the social, emotional, and academic needs of all students
  4. To collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and improve educational outcomes
  5. To communicate regularly with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably in KS1
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of a passion for education and commitment to inspiring students
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
