About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Embedded Software Engineer to join our Operations team at Acre Software. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, leverage technology to its fullest potential. You will also help Homebuyers and Financial Advisors take advantage of our platform's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Senior Management to understand the business' technological needs and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and drive excellence in Acre's business processes through technology.
  • Work closely with our Product Development organization to ensure seamless integration between business processes and our platform for both internal and external users.
  • Develop and manage internal tools and integrations between systems, ensuring data flows smoothly throughout the Acre business.
About You
  • Proven software engineering experience from either degree-level education or previous employment.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a natural confidence in data analysis and manipulation.
  • Self-motivated and able to self-learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of seniority.
