The Role


This is an exciting chance to become part of a well-respected, contemporary, and dynamic law firm that's expanding its office network. They're looking to enhance their commercial property team in Stoke by hiring a Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) with a strong background in managing commercial property transactions.


The company has earned a fantastic reputation for its top-notch client service and quality work in various sectors. As they grow, they're looking to bring on another Commercial Property Solicitor to join their current Commercial Property team.


The Ideal Candidate


  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Experienced in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
