About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's team in Stoke. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-respected and contemporary law firm that is expanding its commercial property team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities. They will also be expected to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative, with strong legal and leadership skills and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, and financing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and effective solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and regulations
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
