Homeware Specialist Opportunity at Fortnum & Mason

We are seeking an exceptional Homeware Specialist to join our renowned First Floor - Home Entertainment of our Flagship Piccadilly store.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to provide world-class service to our customers, share their enthusiasm for our product range, and contribute to the success of our flagship store.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a genuine passion for all things homeware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns with a positive attitude
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained, products are presented impeccably, and departmental KPIs are met through individual excellence and teamwork
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A genuine passion for all things homeware
  • Prior experience in a relevant role, preferably in a retail environment
  • An ability to work 15 hours per week (weekends only)
