Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
  • Deter loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively.
