Loss Prevention Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and theft to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with store teams to implement effective loss prevention strategies and provide coaching and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay up-to-date on the latest security measures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure a collaborative approach to loss prevention
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What You'll Need:
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a security or loss prevention role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • High level of integrity and discretion, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
