Assistant Premises Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our premises team as an Assistant Premises Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Premises Manager with the day-to-day running of the sites, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, with a proven track record in facilities management and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Premises Manager with routine maintenance tasks and minor works
  2. Monitor and report any incidents or accidents
  3. Supervise cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
  4. Support the development of health and safety policies and procedures
  5. Contribute to the delivery of projects and initiatives to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the premises team
