About the Role

HC-One is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service
  • Plan and prepare menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor kitchen supplies and equipment, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with central support teams to ensure nutrition standards are met
Requirements
  • S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
  • Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
