Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our clients' portfolio of embedded software products.

About the Role

  • Design and develop high-quality embedded software solutions using FreeRTOS and ARM architectures.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to develop and implement safety-critical software standards, including IEC 61508, DO 178B/C, and ISO26262.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure the success of our projects.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of hands-on experience in embedded real-time development.
  • Strong C programming, assembler, and networking knowledge.
  • Experience with safety-critical software standards and knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
